The live classes are 60 minutes each consisting of warm up, a cardio element, floor work and cool down stretching. All classes are programmed on bodyweight but with options available for mums with access to any type of weights.
All fitness levels are catered for with modifications in place to reduce and increase intensity as well as impact and non-impact options for mums with joint pain and/or pelvic floor weakness.
The classes are postnatal and suitable for ALL mums whether your baby is 6 weeks, 6 months, 6 years, or over 16 years.
As classes are specifically for mums, there are modifications in place to support progressive strengthening the pelvic floor and to facilitate mums who are suffering from pelvic girdle pain, carpal tunnel and other postnatal related injuries.
As classes are Live via Zoom it gives mums accountability and also allows you to avail of coaching from a qualified instructor (Level 3 Pre & Post Natal Exercise with Nutrition). There is however a private FB group where live recordings are posted enabling mums to catch up in their own time if they miss a live class.
Live workouts are scheduled as follows:
– 6.15am Mon, Wed and Fri.
– 10am Mon and Wed.
– 8pm Tues and Thurs.
